Erin O. Anderson is the founder and CEO of Olivia Management. In her 13 plus years of managing and consulting with independent artists, Erin has helped artists view their careers as businesses, grow their fan bases, raise funds, make and release records, go to the Grammys, win Americana awards, and pursue their dreams on their own terms! 

Annika Baylis

Founder, Prickly Pear Coffee

Annika Baylis is a multi-passionate entrepreneur whose journey began with an espresso machine and a folding table. It grew into a mobile cart and now Prickly Pear Coffee Co. has two brick-and-mortar locations, with a third concept on the way. With a background in entrepreneurship and a heart for community, Annika’s story is one of grit, creativity, and a deep belief that coffee can be a catalyst for something bigger.

Clark Buckner

Co-founder and Partner, Relationary Marketing

Before graduating from Belmont with a degree in Entrepreneurship in 2013, Clark started podcasting—an experience that led him to become the cofounder of Relationary Marketing, an award-winning podcast production agency that has now been in business for 10 years. With a heart for service and community, Clark has also been part of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center team for 10 years and now, more recently, teaches podcasting as an adjunct at Belmont.

Megan Feeman

Founder, NoBaked Cookie Dough

Music Business ’15

Combining her love of cookie dough and her desire to be an entrepreneur, Megan founded NoBaked Cookie Dough in 2017. She has been honored as Forbes 30 Under 30 2023, Nashville’s 30 under 30 class of 2019, and the 2019 NEXT Awards Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Founding partner of KLLW an accountancy firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, that works with small businesses and non-profits at all stages. Specializes in accounting, taxes, banking, and non-profit accounting.
